2016 has been the year of stage- and lighteffects. Many new products came to the market that year, but one of them has revolutionised the industry.Showven Technologies Electronic, a company for special effects from Liuyang, has presented a fountain machine that triumphed at the LDI Show in Las Vegas and has taken the industry by assault. This new Sparkular machine won the first place at "The Best Debut Product Award" in the category "special effects" in october 2016.
It is fully automated, completely programmable and 100% reusable, it can reach vore than 5 meters height and causes neither smoke nor bad smells.
Since its launch the device has been used at events like the 2016 American Music Awards and during the Trump election campaign.
Showven is a company from China that has developed the Sparkular machine - a novel and patented technology that heats granulate material and then shoots it upwards as a controlled fountain.
One of the main advantages of this technology is that the fountain consists of compact, cold sparks, which allows a safe use.
This technology uses physics instead of chemistry to create a cold sparkle-effect. Instead of a flame or piloteflame to ignite the granulate material the device uses our atmosphere to generate sparks. This is the future of special effects.
Traditional effects only can be ignited once, every effect needs to be set up and secured seperately. After the ignition a standard-fountain can not be stopped anymore.
This hi-tech Sparkular machine produces 80% less smoke than a traditional pyrotechnical fountain. In addition to that it doesn't create any smell that would be stuck in the air.
This new system is digitally controlled by a controller that connects the machines. The controller allows you to conduct timing, height, volume and frequence. It can be coordinated with DMX and music. You can program the controller in a way that lets the machines work in up to every way you can imagine.
As soon as the machine is in its place and connected to the control engineering, just fill it with our pre-portioned titan-granulate and you are ready to shoot for about 10 minutes. You want further fountains after that? Just add another bag of granulate and that's it! It couldn't be more simple.
Safety is always a number-one-concern with this kind of effects. Traditional effects burn at 650*C and can't be stopped once you have started them. This includes a lot of risks and dangers. The Sparkular machine works at very low temperatures, even the sparks themselves are not flammable. The machines are very smart and have different integrated safetyprotocols.
That's why this machine can impossibly be misused. You can control time, height and volume as no other machine has achieved it before. This is the beginning of a new technology in the world of stage effects.

How long does it take to get the system to work?
One single machine can be made ready within a few minutes. A complete set (6 machines) can be installed in less then 30 minutes.
Is this cheaper then conventional fountains?
You can use this system more than once and the granulate material is a lot cheaper then conventonal fountains - Sparkular is profitable within a short time.
Can I program the Sparkular machines?
Yes, you can use a DMX Controller or our Sparkular Controller. Along comes a software with which you can synchronize music.
